As of today, I launch my own website for my little jewelry business, Posh and Playful Jewelry.
Why "Posh and Playful"? I found as I began making jewelry, some of my pieces were fancy and sparkly, while others drifted toward whimsy. I'm a fan of alliteration, so I hit upon two words that seemed to describe what was emerging, tied with the letter "p."
My mascot is my kitty, who lived with me for over 20 years. The picture is one of my favorites, and seems to capture the Posh and Playful spirit. I had changed jobs, and my about-to-be-former colleagues threw me a party, including a shiny mylar balloon. As the days passed at home and the balloon began to drift toward earth, my kitty took hold of the ribbon and proceeded to parade around our apartment with the balloon floating above her. That image always makes me smile.
This site links to my two Etsy stores, one for my jewelry under the Posh and Playful name, and the other to my rosary store, Heavenly Dews. (I'll tell the origins of that name in a later post.) I hope you visit them and find something you like.
As time goes one, I may add items here that can be purchased directly from this site.
